Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using our services. By registering for or using the YOZAX eSIM service, you accept and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, which also include our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). The AUP forms an integral part of these Terms, and by using the YOZAX eSIM service, you agree to comply with it. These terms govern your relationship with YOZAX and the usage of our free eSIM service, including access to 1GB of free data available in over 30 countries.

1. Overview

By registering with YOZAX, you are entitled to receive 1GB of free data that can be used across 30+ countries as shown on our coverage map. Please note that our coverage may change without prior notice. By registering your details, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 This promotion is available to new or existing customers of YOZAX.
2.2 Existing customers must order a new free eSIM to take advantage of this offer. Click here to order your eSIM.
2.3 The offer is limited to a maximum of four (4) free eSIMs per household, based on information provided at the time of registration (e.g., address, IP, or other factors determined at YOZAX’s discretion).
2.4 Each user is limited to one type of eSIM per account. YOZAX reserves the right to terminate or restrict access if we suspect misuse of this condition.

3. Notifications and Messages

3.1 You will receive notifications via SMS when:
a. You have used 80% of your data allowance.
b. You have used 100% of your data allowance or when there is no remaining credit on your account.

3.2 By registering for 1GB free data each month, you agree to receive promotional messages about offers from YOZAX or selected third-party partners. YOZAX is an ad-powered network, and participation in this service requires you to opt-in to receive marketing communications.

3.3 You may opt-out at any time by closing your account, which will terminate your access to the free data service.

4. Registration and Activation

4.1 Upon registration, you will immediately join the YOZAX service. You will receive your eSIM through email notification and in your customer dashboard.

4.2 Failure to install or activate the eSIM, or undertake any actionable events (e.g., using your eSIM for data, logging into your dashboard, or browsing) within seven (7) days of order confirmation will result in the revocation of your free data bundle.

4.3 If your free bundle is revoked, you may reapply by contacting our support team at hello@yozax.com, and if approved, the bundle will be reinstated within 24 hours. YOZAX reserves the right to determine whether the request is granted.

5. Termination After Inactivity

5.1 YOZAX reserves the right to terminate and disconnect the free eSIM if no action is taken on your account (e.g., logging in, accessing content, or using data) for a period exceeding three (3) months.
5.2 Termination means your eSIM will no longer be usable, and any remaining data will be forfeited.

6. Device Usage

6.1 YOZAX allows the free eSIM to be used on a single device only. If the device is reset, wiped, or otherwise altered, the eSIM cannot be re-used or switched to another device.
6.2 YOZAX is not responsible for any loss of data or inability to use the eSIM resulting from device changes or resets.

7. Data Roaming

7.1 You may use your free eSIM to access data in any of the countries covered by YOZAX, as outlined on our coverage map. Please note, however, that data is limited to the available allowance under the free service, and usage beyond this limit may incur additional charges.

7.2 Data roaming is subject to local network availability, and while we strive to provide coverage in all areas listed, YOZAX cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in all regions.

8. Right to Withdraw or Amend Offer

8.1 YOZAX reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or amend the offer of 1GB free data each month at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will be communicated via our website or through direct customer notifications.
8.2 YOZAX may discontinue the free data service at its discretion.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and all disputes must be resolved in the courts of England.
9.2 By activating your YOZAX eSIM, you agree to these terms and the jurisdiction of English courts.

10. Service Coverage and Network Availability

10.1 YOZAX will make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access to your data services. However, certain circumstances such as network outages, maintenance, or issues with partner networks may cause temporary service interruptions.
10.2 We will make every effort to prevent your eSIM from using an affected network and will provide updates on the status of any outages or disruptions via our website when available.
10.3 Network coverage is dependent on our partner networks, and coverage may not be available in all areas of the UK, EU, or other regions supported by YOZAX.

11. Using Your Plan Abroad

11.1 Your YOZAX eSIM can be used for data in any of our supported regions at no extra charge within your free data allowance.
11.2 Please note that adult content is enabled by default on YOZAX’s network. We are actively working to implement tools for blocking such content but these are not available at present.

12. Account and SIM Block

12.1 YOZAX reserves the right to block your account or disable your eSIM if:
a. We are legally required to do so.
b. There is an emergency or security concern regarding your account.
c. We suspect misuse or abuse of the network, including fraud or improper activity.

12.2 If your account is blocked for any of the above reasons, your access to data and services will be suspended until further notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 YOZAX’s liability for any damages arising from your use of the service is limited as follows:
a. YOZAX accepts unlimited liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
b. For all other claims, we are not liable for losses such as business income, profits, or data corruption that arise from your use of YOZAX services.

13.2 Loss, damage, or theft of your eSIM or physical SIM must be reported immediately. You remain liable for any costs or purchases incurred until you notify us of the issue. YOZAX will issue a replacement eSIM after verifying your identity.
13.3 If we suspect fraud (e.g., multiple claims for damaged eSIMs), YOZAX reserves the right to terminate your account and permanently bar you from the service.

14. Account Closure

14.1 YOZAX may close your account if we believe you have:
a. Breached these Terms.
b. Used the service in a way inconsistent with its intended use.
c. Engaged in illegal activities or provided false information.
d. Been abusive towards YOZAX staff or other community members.
e. Failed to use your eSIM for a meaningful period (e.g., not using data or not activating the eSIM).

14.2 Account closure will render your SIM unusable, and any remaining data allowance will be forfeited.
